Can't unlock maps

Can't unlock maps
I was out today and had the Alpha 100 lock up on me. So I turned it off then back on... I had to go through a recalibration. It also dropped all the collars and tracking info. Once I got the collars added back on I noticed that the map was only showing the main Highways, no Topo map. So I turned it off again hoping that would fix it... no dice and I get the following message "Can't unlock maps". Any ideas?
