Found a hound

Hal Mecham asked me to post this, when he was out of town someone took a dog to his house and tied it up if anyone is missing a hound around the Roosevelt-Bluebell area of the basin Hal just might have your hound, Hal said you can call him for more info, here is his number. I hope someone finds there dog.
