Possible rodenticide poisoning

Anybody ever had to deal with possible rodenticide poisoning? My dog is bleeding from his nose and it won’t stop. He had a surgery and that’s when we found he wasn’t clotting properly. He’s been on vitamin k, but his nosebleed had to be mostly stopped with epinephrine. They also started him on steroids and said it can take up to a month for them cause his body to start assimilating vitamin k again “if” it is rodenticide poisoning. The only other possible diagnosis is cancer. Anyone else ever had to deal with anything like this?
