Medical kit

Post by tman308 »

What do you all carry in your truck in the line of medical supplies for your hounds? What do you carry with you in your back pack? Just wondering. I carry a few supplies for minor issues and a staple gun but was thinking about buying one of those complete kits.

Thanks

Anteseptic spray and staple gun are about all I think you would need in the field until you get back to the truck.

I also carry superglue in the field. It can help stop bleeding.

Some sort of clotting powder and liquid bandage. I hear super glue works, but have never tried it....

A few tabs of benedryl for the dogs in case they get bit by rattlesnakes is a good idea too.
