Bubble Up Pizza

3 7 1/2 ounce packages of refrigerated biscuits quartered.
1 1/2 Cups spaghetti Sauce or Pizza Sauce
3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
1 Clove of Garlic Minced.
I Onion Diced.
1 lb Ground Sausage, browned and drained.
Pepperoni
1 Can Mushrooms.
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ( save for topping).

1 Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.

2 In a 9X13 Baking Dish line bottom with Pepperoni. In a Mixing bowl quarter biscuits, add the rest of the ingredients, Mix well, pour on top of pepperoni, sprinkle some extra cheese on top.

3 Bake 30 to 35 Minutes or until sides are golden brown.

Serves 6 to 8.
45 Minutes ( 10 Min. Prep)

Made a lot bigger batch.
More Garlic, + a lb of hamburger, ital seasoning.

Not bad.
