hey you oregon hunters, as most of you know i'm going to salem tomorrow.i will be addressing this bird nesting law. the osp have been writing citations like mc donald's passes out happy meals. i would like to hear from you along with your circumstances no names repeated, just circumstances, particularly the geographical location. i really don't care that you got a citation.i'm fighting this issue in salem for you! (and me) the osp are all over this, i can't even road my dogs any place without being pinched.maybe you don't know that this rule was intended for bird dog owners only! those who abuse their authority always spin things to meet their own agenda. send me a pm. i really would like to know about the high country over the east summit in the cascades. one lucky ticket recipient said the cop told him any thing below the snow line! wrote a ticket for $299.00 dogs running at large, bird nesting... please pm. me thanks mike ( i had to use shocked! i was looking for shameless!)
