Another Nice Boar (Video and Pics)

Heres a boar we shot yesterday. 2 of my buddies and me went out at about 8 in the morning and rigged the dogs on the box by about 8:30. We didnt have the dogs rigged up but about 10 mins and they struck a bear. We figured he came from this kind of marshy green field and booked it up the hill to our right. So we turned loose and sure as hell the dogs were on him fast. They treed up this big boy in about 1000yds or so. It was a pretty short race, I think we turned out 6 dogs and I brought my other dog and my new pup to the tree. It was a good day with some good friends. Got to give up to the two other guys in the film and pictures, they both helped me out with training my female and are a couple of good guys to go hunting with. The 3 month old pup I just recently got also made it all the way to the tree with us. He wasnt afraid the whole time. He didnt bark on the bear but he smelt him. You'll get to watch us shoot this bear and watch me climb up the tree to knock him out. Dont know if many other people have had a bear die in the tree on them and not fall out but this one did. Sorry the zoom buttom broke on me when we left the truck because my dog knocked it out of my hands, not once but twice. Anyways enough talking here ya go, enjoy!:

Yeup and the video should be up now. I added it to the original post. Wish the quality that was on my camera was what it shows on youtube but oh well.

Thanks yeah we have been on some runners! Let loose on one later that day. Found my dog and my buddies dog like 3 miles away eventually. The bigger boars are the nicer ones to run. Dont give ya much of a chase, its usally those 2-3yr old ones that like to give ya a little run. Also im uploading a higher quality to my computer, might be too large for youtube though, we'll have to see. I got it on better quality on my computer but for some reason its not uploading the sounds. After I upload it to youtube (should be about 20 mins) someone please let me know if they can hear the sound! Thanks

Yeah sorry about that. Ok the better quality one is up and running without audio. I am uploading the one with audio to youtube now, it will take awhile but it will be up tonight sometime. You can at least watch the one with that has the better picture now, just cant hear it, haha. I finally figured it out, damn thing. But yes its up now

its up but doesnt seem to be much better quality, just better quality on my computer. Im gonna make some dvds someday once we catch a few more bears and maybe some bobcats and lions after this winter.

click on the same link you were clicking on in my first original post. The new one with sound is going to be up later, just finally figured out what was going on. The one you are going to watch wont have sound. The quality I thought was going to be better but I dont think its much better, if any, at all.
