This is a stupid piece of legislation HSUS has been pushing through many states. Oregon already has sufficient laws against abuse and neglect of animals. This is an arbitrary cap on kennel size (50 for crying out loud!)

You know HSUS has some plans to twist laws they advocate to bite everyone on the arse. If HSUS is for it, we should all be against it.

Will Ted sign it, yep, but at least he might get a flurry of letters to let him know we are not all mindless liberals in Oregon.
