When a female comes into heat does 6 mouths start when she comes into heat or when she comes out?

Usually from when they come out . but you cant set your watch by to many of them...those females just do what they want . like jimmy said in the previouse post. if your wanting one to come in because your wantin pups.she's bound to skip it. LOL. and if there kennled by another female that comes in heat, that sometimes brings them in early outta sympathy. there's just no set timetable to them.
