I believe that cat is probably a cousin to one that use to lay on top of my cedar fence (across the yard) and tease my hounds. That cat would stroll around the fence and agitate those hounds as well, as if it knew it was pretty safe on the other side. One day, I left my Rowen dog loose and ran to the store. When I returned in a few minutes, I could hear that little Rodo dog of mine treeing hard from the back yard so I ran out to check on her. Best I could figure, that cat had pulled it's crap not knowing Rodo was off and got hammered for it. Rowen was in the neigbors back yard, high in that tree, face barking that cat.........
Moral of the story is it may be OK to sleep on a hounds strike platform (if your a cat) but sooner or later it's gonna catch up with you........
