Damned extremests on TV
If you have ever doubted that animal rights activists were extremests or even terrorists turn on your TV to the "Animal Channel" and watch some "Whale Wars". The things this group does is incredible. Trying to tangle their props with ropes, throwing stink bombs and a substance that makes the decks so slippery that walking is impossible and even rambing these whaleing ships. Once the whale'n ships start throwing stuff back (1 inch brass nutts) they go to crying about how they are intentionally targeting personel and "they" don't do that. Now, I'm not saying that whale'n is ok but, these people are crazy and have said that they will die to protect these whales and if that means taking some whalers with them... so be it.

there is a reason the french govt blew up greenpeace's boat rainbow warrior. t was payback for some of the terrorism they had committed.

I have to admit that I love to watch that show. Every episode the "whale wars" crew will hurt themselfs or get lost or lose that little boat that persues the japanese boats. Ive seen them get stuck in the ice and argue and throw temper tantroms. Ususally when they return to port half the crew will quit and the have a whole new group of hippies to retrain and puke over the side. I really have no opinion as to wether the japanese are harvesting responsibility or the legality of the whole thing but I really get a laugh at the anti whale group fumble and argue and hurt themselfs every week.

I know it is a good show, they go and throw stuff at the japanese and its not a big deel, the japanese throw stuff back and it becomes a capital crime. Also they get near this watercannon (which I want one) and get slammed in the face with it and complain.....lack of common sense huh. After watching it I would be affraid to go anywhere with that captain he makes some dumb()() mistakes regularly.
