Re: Neighbor Poisoning our dogs
This guy dose not like my dogs, so there is no reason for him be coming up to the fence
You knew this guy didn't like your dogs. Although he maybe a coward we havn't heard his side of the story. All I'm saying is it just isn't right to put a bunch of hounds in your back yard in town. People ...

Re: Neighbor Poisoning our dogs
Nothings worse than a nieghbor with annoying dogs keeping you up all night or barking at you every time you walk outside. I'd do the same if they were bothering me. Sounds like he complained to your boy so take the hints and fix the problem.

Re: Offer to Utah Houndsmen.
We had a vet stop by and examine one of he calves that was killed in a meadow. He claimed the calf had a broken neck and must have been killed by a car on that dirt road? Ike and I laughed and spoke to our ADC guy who also laughed and claimed, doesn't he know that bears often slap those calves and ...

Re: Offer to Utah Houndsmen.

Re: Offer to Utah Houndsmen.
The Book Cliffs has changed little over time, and there is winter range that hasn't had a deer on it in years. DWR will tell you that the limiting factor for deer and elk in the Book Cliffs is summer range, but if that's so why did we have a herd ten times the size of today's herds with cattle and ...

Re: Offer to Utah Houndsmen.
There are about as many deer left as there are lions, at least we know what happened to our lions. They still have no ***** idea where their deer went.

Re: Utahs Deer Population
I will have to agree with bplott that it is a combination of things but i think the main reason is the elk. Why because in 1975 we had approximately 20000 head and a good deer population. The elk population has exploded since then and then leveled off around 60000 in the 90's and the deer went down ...

Re: Garmin Question for Steve White or Whoever can Awnser it
A full wave antenna at 151 M hz would be at least six feet in length and it wouldn't be a huge improvement over a half wave that would be around 3 feet in length. A marine antenna that is built for 156 M would work but you would have some loss compared to a antenna thats built for 151 MHZ.
