I got a older male that has the same thing especially in his tail thought he might be crossed with something. He is about 2 years old now and acting like he will turn out real good.

No I think it would unless the dog chew it off. I use straw alot cheaper and my family has a ton of it so i can keep it fresh. Although that might be hard to keep it in a barrel I think the spray on is a good idea give it a try.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes, the dogs have been doing great the owner is the one that sucks. I can't seem to find many bears when I go out have a few hitting the bait and had 2 long race's with no tree's. Good luck archery elk is my favorite thing to hunt hounds fill the rest there is always something to chase.

Thanks northern idaho is a beautiful country I have a friend that is going to school in moscow and was able to go try and stick a turkey. We do alot togethor as a family all of us archery hunt it was something that I learned from my dad and have alot of great memories with family. Wouldn't have it ...
