bjo real nice cat. we got three all over 30 lbs but nothing into the 40s yet. what part of the up are you hunting. we are in northern menominee cty.

yeah that is a nice cat. i know we are still waiting to find our 40lber. hope that tomorrow morning i can get a few walkers on one. lets hope for a tid bit of snow and let the fun begin.

just got one killed in the 30lb range. ran another nice 30 +er in a hole last saturday. we have been out run more than anything so far. i found another nice track yesterday but i was using my young dogs and they still dont got it all figured out quite yet. so pretty much just one for the group so ...

we have seen plenty of wolf tracks this winter while running on cats. we were lucky enough not to have any problems with crossing them. were we hunt we have lots of roads to look though to make sure they are out of the area. but we do have a major problem with them around here. the tend to move ...

make sure you read your state regulations on conibear traps. in mi we have to have any trap bigger then a 160 with bait at least 4 feet off of the ground to keep it away from the dogs. the leaning pole set works well with coon and i would guess for cat as well. i know lots of people use them for ...

grawes is what i heard was the best. i never did get any yet but if you want it to be the good stuff go with grawes. it will also help if you have any buddies that hunt bobcat and will let you take your pups so they can get the ropes. i know in the UP of mi bobcat is about the hardest critter to run ...

after caliber hit his last little growth he lost alot of that muscle tone. i just jumped him up to a new dog food. i think its like 26 protein to 19 fat. im thinking that he should start to get that cut look again very soon once we get him running more.
