garmin alpha and astro......
I have the new alpha and my running partner has the astro system. Was curious if any of you guys are in the same situation as far as wondering if the tt10 collars will throw off the dc30's if you put one of each on one dog. I'd like to know where my buddies dogs are as well as my own.

Re: Frigid Weather Cat Hunting
This weeks weather has undoubtedly been HORRIBLE as far as the temps, but I have to say that where I live I have seen an unusual amount of activity. I have seen toms making long treks, females changing locations by a canyon or two, and a female and kittens moving on the coldest night of the week... ...

Re: Too Cold?

It ended up being a nice sunny day, still below zero, but nothing like -32. The dogs did a great job and we didnt have any sort of bad experience...

Re: Letting somebody else run your dog?
Just be very careful who you loan em to. accidents can happen any time, and dogs can get killed or maimed or injured wether you're there to run them or not. The most important thing to know is that the gentlemen you're loaning your dogs to can take care of them or replace em when something does happ...

Re: STOLEN HOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks guys...I appreciate the help and support. This is tough. I'm racking my brain trying to figure it out. My biggest concern aside from getting him back is that wherever he is I hope he's fed, warm, and looked after. I sure would hope that some chicken shit bastard that would do this wouldn't ge...

Re: Old lion Tracks
All of you have made some very valid points and have shared some great stories. I'll put in my two cents and try to keep it short. In my country lion are hard to find at best. We have extremely rough terrain difficult to access by machine or foot for that matter making virtually every capture diffic...

STOLEN HOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone came to my house the other night and stole this dog right off the chain. They knew all about the dog and weaved their way through the others to take him. They knew who to take. This dog is a walker with freeze branded ears with an L on the right and a B on the left ear. PLEASE keep your eyes...
