Missouri mules
Ok so I have seen and heard a lot of the "don;t buy a missouri mule" why is that? Is it just an ongoing joke in the equine world or is there something behind it?

Training question?
When training a young hound can you live trap a bobcat and let it go in an area you know and can see the trail it takes? I am not talking about letting the hound watch the cat run off. I mean let the cat go and then trail it 15 to 30 min later? Does anyone do this? To me it would be just like with ...

Where I grew up trappers are the only thing around. The only houndsmen I know of are coyote hounds(and sight hounds at that) A guy with good dry ground dog could really clean up on the bobs.
