Dc50 21 extra satellites?
If the dc50 has 21 extra satellites is it a better collar than the tt10? I am looking to get a garmin and want the latest technology, but now I'm torn if the range is better with a dc50 and a astro, but the alpha has training available? Thoughts?

bear bait ????
We buy 2000# blocks of chocolate and cut them up with chain saws into roughly 2 x 2 chunks and feed them in early season. They are a huge gas saver. Only need to rebait once a week. Once the berries and corn get ripe cookies and cookie dough seem to work best. Worchestershire ( spelling ?) sauce is ...

Re: Corn Fields
All the above or just free cast them in and see what happens. We have taken lots of bears this way. A 658, 545, & a 568 in the last 3 years. Great place to look for the slobs once they quit hitting baits. Farmers are almost always willing to let the hounds in when you are taking crop killers out for ...

Re: Landowners
We have been having a landowner appreciation party at a member of the groups hunting shack every year when our bear season is over. Lots of food, a keg of beer, some coffee and soda. We hold it late in the fall and it kinda doubles as a Christmas party for farmers who don't get one otherwise ...

Re: How many 500# bears
We got in on 2 big ones this year. 542 live weight, and 658 live weight. 3 years ago we got a 476 dressed which would have put him in the 550 range.

Re: GUESS THE WEIGHT..ANSWER IS...A MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!
I under guessed him, and passed on shooting him! Thought we had a bigger one hitting the baits. I knew I was wrong as soon as he started his kartwheel out of the tree, this is the bear I was after. Lost a little sleep in the last few days (lol) but happy for the gal who shot him, not many women hunt ...

I had 2 dogs get into one last week. My old dog really got into him. He is steady to vet work but the quills were in his mouth and throat so bad I didn't even attempt to pull them, just took him to the vet. Also, 2 of my dogs tested positive for anaplasmosis. Never had one with it before but now ...

Hey Guys:
I drew a deer tag for region f in wyoming. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge of the area. I have never been there and was looking for a general place to start studying maps from. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey guys:
I drew a wyoming mule deer tag for region f and I know nothing about the area. If anyone can give me any tips I would appreciate it! Is there any good tracts of public land available there?
