I use John Grahams Cat Creek with geat success esspecially in cold weather!

So I was wondering what a guy could do to train a hound through the summer months when you cant run cats? How do you keep their senses up to par and ready for the up coming hunting season? Any and all ideas are welcome...You have green blood here so that might explain such a silly question.

Sooooo I guess the Question still remains......how can a guy teach a hound to run cats if they are out of season and or you dont have them around?

What is the history of a cameron hound???? Where did there breeding begin and who started it etc etc ......Are they a bluetick high breed or what?

Their tracks look simular to cat tracks but the wolf track is more of a dimond shape and you can see the claws in the track where as you know a cat track is more round without the claws.
