Mike Kemps stock of dogs do not lack in grit. They are the best all around stock of dogs that I have ever hunted. I've owned quite a few of them now. I've hunted them on everything from bears to hogs for clients and cats and fox in the winter. They are great dogs. Mike knows he has a good thing and is very successful with his dogs. Its just unfortunate that other people can not respect that and instead want to get on a message board on the internet and attack him and his stock of dogs rather then going outside and taking their own dogs hunting.

it was strictly my opinion of the videos on brents and mikes websites which i pointed out
in my post . i was comparing the two .brents dogs are on there taking bears down and even killing one .maybe mikes dogs do this too?just not in the video i saw , so there again no offense and i appologize if you or anybody else is offended. i like em gritty and i make no appologies for that.

No offense taken by me but to clarify Mike is not foolish enough to show these types of videos and the majority of the dogs in Mikes videos are the young ones that most of us are buying. Pretty darn good for a year old dog.

i see how these posts get people going on here so easily . you just called brent a fool for showing his videos in a round about way . thats why i prefer to talk to a man face to face and not on this damn computer. i know alot of us think we should hide in shame and not show those videos of what really happens . maybe its not shame , but it feels like it . whats more shocking though? when you see it everyday or it is seen for the first time . this is a whole different debate i know . i guess im a fool too cause im behind brent ! those videos were awesome !!!!!!!!! maybe we should shut this and every other website on hound hunting down too, and go back in the shadows to hide where the antis cant find us. :shock:not! i hope some of us have some good ol american grit left cause were gonna need it in the end.

I don't recall hiding in shame hence why I use my real name on here. I just said it is foolish to show videos that the antis will use against us. That in your face attitude will make us lose in the end.

urban sprawl will end it eventually . pride in what were doing is alot different than in your face.you really think being in denial and hiding the truth is gonna help us .the antis have got to have more than enough propaganda andbull by now to go round.taking people to the woods and educating them is a better way in my opinion than hiding the truth. i created alot of good votes around here when the bear hunt referendum hit maine . not by hiding the truth , but by spreading it . mainers already know the truth for the most part thats why we won the vote.

I do agree with you that taking people in the woods is a good thing but showing people that have never been exposed to hunting a bear get pulled down by dogs and killed give groups like HSUS more ammo to take our hunting rights away. I think your trying to debate a different point than what I am making.

Wheres the link to the vid of dogs pulling down a bear and killing it? I would like to see it if i missed it. All I saw was a dead bear on the ground and some dogs milling around it and a claim that the dogs killed it, if ther eis another one that i missed i would like to see it, if not, I've got some property for sale in nebraska with an ocean front view.

As far as non deceased stud dogs I would have to say Mike Kemps sharp dog. I've got a male out of Mike's Blackjack dog and a sister to Sharp and the dog is double tough. I've also got dogs out of his Hollywood and Sharp dogs too. All nice dogs that are tough, fast and early starters.

Larry your on here again. I knew as soon as Brent turned his back you would jump on it.

As far as what Brents video shows- thats up to Brent. He is a big boy that can make his own decisions. Whether you agree with it or not it is his website. I understand both your points. But as soon as you start passing judgement on that type of stuff you are showing the same mindset as an anti. Just My Opinion

I have seen Brents dogs in action as well as some of the Kemp breeding. I have been impressed by both.

Lets clarify. I never once mentioned Brents name. I said, " Mike is not foolish enough to show these types of videos." Enough said.
