Anyone want to sell your old garmin 30 collars....working or not. I have some ideas on some serious upgrades that may be well worth your money......

I received info from Garmin dc40 collar selling now $249 checked with LCS Lion Country Supply their price $199 I am sure we will find more suppliers out there soon. Garmin updated my Astro220 to accommodate the new dc40 and my dc30. I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with them but did get the new software downloaded 8)

there are some Rumors that DC40 has better range than the DC30 collars. so I did a Test. I didn't know what to expect, I was starting to believe them. But as you can see the DC40 is bouncing in and out of range with the DC30's in no particular order.

When they drop off for good, all of them drop off within a 100 yards...

On a Side note.. the damn things got 6.5 miles... WTF??? If I could get that type of Range out in the woods I would be a Happy Happy man.. :)
