The question is Al were you impressed? Are you going to make the switch or stay democrat?
No, was not impressed. I had hopes of Trump making an intelligent, respectful speech, detailing how he was going to make America great again, now that he has won the republican nomination. However in my opinion he sounded more like a wrestler promoting how great he is.
,stating how badly he had defeated the opposition. If elected president, hope he can improve his speeches & make America great again. Thanks for asking Charlie. Al

Greetings Blue, not positive what you mean by feeling the bern, ( even looked up bern, in Webster/s Dictionary), HELP PLEASE. Thinking there is a poor choice to vote for in either party, hope who ever gets elected can help the country. Al
Me too Al! Felling the Bern is the term that Berney Sanders supporters use. The old socialist hippy. I Think Trump will do a good job, he has already exposed a lot of corruption.

Within two days of becoming the presumptive Republican nominee, Trump changed his stance in the 'minimum wage' debate and is now stating that people should be guaranteed a livable wage.
He promises to bring jobs back to the US and to levy heavy tariffs against American firms who move their operations out of the country, yet he continues to operate his clothing manufacturing companies in Mexico and China.
While he promises to stem the flow of immigrants, both legal and illegal, who take jobs away from Americans, he continues to hire H1B workers to fill slots at his resorts.
Although he vowed to love, honor and cherish his two former wives, he cheated on both, eventually leaving them for what he thought was a better choice.
He has bragged of sleeping with married women as if it were some sort of conquest.
He even went so far as to say, "If Ivanka wasn't my daughter, I'd probably be dating her."
Who here can say they have ever thought that about their own daughter?
Bragging about buying political influence and favor on both sides of the aisle, will he sell his influence and favor too? He has already said he will make "Beautiful" deals. Beautiful for whom, and at what price?
Being called out for his stance on building the wall, he was quick to crawfish to an extent by saying everything was up for negotiation.
He has said numerous times that 'imminent domain' is one of the greatest tools in the governments toolbox.

My conscience will not let me vote for Donald Trump. I have looked at this from every angle and have given an honest effort in trying to find it in me to support him. I cannot though. I believe Hillary is an evil person, but I honestly don't believe Trump is any sort of improvement. He says alot of things I can agree with, but I don't believe that he believes them and I think when it came down to the nut cuttin', any and all of it would be up for negotiation. I believe he it the P.T. Barnum of this political cycle, but that is about it.
Many people will say the Republican party has left their conservative base, yet they continue to support whichever POS candidate is put forth. Do you want a chance to vote for conservative candidates? Quit supporting the non-conservative idiot the GOP trots out each election cycle. Contrary to popular belief, someone that will use you and take advantage of your conservative beliefs, is NOT the lesser of two evils. They push the envelope just far enough to maintain your vote without completely pissing you off. Once people get enough and finally stop supporting the party who does nothing to warrant that vote, things will change. It will not happen before people quit doing their bidding in the voting booth though.
I am a Constitution believing conservative libertarian who thinks we have too much government intruding upon our daily lives. We have two main parties in this campaign and numerous smaller ones. Out of the three candidates still going in the two main parties, none have told me how they will actually shrink government. None have said anything about reducing the reach of all the alphabet agencies we have running rampant. Nobody has said a damn thing about reining in the EPA and their unconstitutional rule/law making. How about putting a whoa on some of the political correctness that has infected our college campuses? We cannot expect these things and many more to change if we keep electing the very people responsible for them getting that way. And if you do not think Trump played a role as well, look at all of the people he supported and helped get into office.
We cannot expect this country to be a leader around the globe if we knowingly and willingly elect immoral people to represent us. And as long as we keep electing liars, cheaters, crooks, criminals, philanderers and all around pieces of shit, we deserve exactly what we get.
I understand my vote will essentially not count for much, but I have to sleep at night and I have to be able to say I did what I thought and felt was right. We have to do some things differentif we ever hope to see a change.
It don't matter who is president. when it all comes down to it they are all the same sob . trump has my vote because he is someone totally different and has not been influenced by any party . YET . he will be an sob Hillary Will be an sob oh wait she already is . hell tex even you would be one . haha . just my opinion on all this president crap.
