2009 RQE

WSCA and MPHC have had their RQE's the same weekend the last couple years and we're doing it again this year.

Bloodlines has Washington State's RQE listed under the Oregon heading, I guess because it is physically being held in Oregon.

Just want to bring this to everyone's attention and appreciate passing the word around to any out west houndsmen.
