Pursuit tags were drawn this week

On Feb.5 Lower Columbia Sportsman's Alliance along with the Washington State Hound Council met with the DFW and went over our agenda for next year and what is going to happen following next year when the pilot program is exhausted. One thing we found out is this year on Feb 16 the DFW was drawing for pursuit tags, this applies to all that participated in the drawing earlier in the year. This is the first time this is open for those outside the 6 counties. Next year it will only be for those in the 6 counties. Sorry guys but we didn't get to the DFW before the county commisioners did and they only want their guys to receive these pursuit tags. We were promised after 10-11 season it will never be only for those in the counties again.
Anyways did anyone here get a pusuit tag that doesn't live in one of the six counties???????

Well at least there was an attempt made by houndsmen for houndsmen. Lets just hope DFW follows through on their promise to change it.
