We are based out of Shelton Washington and we have field trials and water races held every summer in Matlock Washington, where you can camp, we have a cookshack and honey buckets on sight-bring the family, its alot of fun. We have meetings every 3rd friday in shelton at our club presidents house at 7:00, please join us.
Membership fees for joining are: family 30$ and singles 25$ per year, you have to attend 3 meetings or 3 functions to get voted in. And as a added bonus if you pay your membership by December you get a special training permit that allows only our club into a different area every year to train your hounds in the off season-NO CARRYING FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED! and only the people on the permit are allowed ie. if you have a family membership-only family members listed on membership roster allowed in training area, if single-only you can be in the area.
Every December we hold a christmas party, where the club pays for supper and we raffle off a gun (talking about changing that to just winning cash), everytime you attend a meeting, or participate in a club function as in clean-up of trial grounds your name gets put into the raffle, the more you participate the better chance you have for getting chosen for the gun.
