It's about 5-6 hours from Spokane, up beyond Olympia towards Port Angeles. MapQuest says it is 355 miles. Here are the directions from UKC site:

Washington State CHA From I-5 merge onto US 101 N via exit 104. Towards Aberdeen./ Port Angeles approx. 20 mi. take exit 104. Turn left onto West Shelton Matlock Rd., approx 15 mi. to the Matlock Store. Take right and follow signs to Jones Pond.

These are good directions, but ya'll who get Bloodlines, ignore the "Rochester", it isn't there at all and I am not sure why Rochester keeps coming up. I have called a few times, and will call again next week.

Camping is allowed and there is a firepit. There is a port-a-potty, but no running water. Campsite dry so bring water for people, dogs can drink out of the pond!

That is exactly why there aren't any in the southern part of the state, Bookem.

Oregon has some FT/WR throughout the summer. Look under Oregon and for OUSDA links. If you are in southern WA, the Oregon ones might be closer, then again they might not be. You have to travel to get to events out west.

Good luck.
