looking for some advice

hey guys new to the sight been running dogs for most of my life stopped when they banned the bear but getting back into it i bought a redbone that came highly recommended mostly ran on cat and bear some coon been hunting coon alot with him and seems like he has a hard time working out a track off the box not sure why maybe a reel cold nose but not sure any ideas or advice on somethings differnt to try to find the problem would be great im just stumped out of ideas thanks
